How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order has likely been sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@aurahomehealth.us if you need to cancel.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personal care items (masks, eye patches, etc.) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at support@aurahomehealth.us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
